【業務内容詳細】
- Oversee Order Management, ensuring the smooth flow from order receipt through to the final product delivery, installation at customer sites, and invoicing processes.
- Manage Logistics, including inbound logistics and warehouse operations.
- Oversee Supply Chain Management, focusing on Demand Planning and Inventory Control.
Coordinate product installations at customer locations, working with a dedicated team member for this function.
- Collaborate with the Global Supply Chain team to develop a profitable logistics strategy for the commercial and consumer markets.
- Lead efforts in building strong business relationships with suppliers, third-party contractors, and both internal and external customers to promote efficiency, profitability, and high standards of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements, following the Regional reporting schedule, and collaborate with Global Supply Chain leaders to implement and monitor policies, strategies, and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to legal, health, safety, and operational regulations, taking responsibility for maintaining high standards in both internal and external operations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for direct reports, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Build productive relationships across teams and contribute to the development and training of individuals to boost team performance and operational success.
- Analyze current cost structures and processes, offering recommendations for service improvements and cost reductions within the Supply Chain.
- Manage the budget for the Supply Chain function.

- 必須
-
-At least 5 years of management experience in the Supply Chain domain, with a strong background in hands-on Inventory Management and Demand Planning.
-Proven, extensive experience in Supply Chain management, demonstrating a solid understanding of the sector and its key partners in the market.
-Experience working in an international organization, with an appreciation for diverse cultures, languages, and complex, matrix-based organizational structures.
-Ability to develop and implement strategies that leverage growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, enhance profitability, and drive sustainable market expansion.
-Well-rounded business acumen, articulate, and experienced in navigating fast-paced, rapidly growing industry sectors.
-Commercially savvy with solid financial and analytical expertise, combined with a practical, hands-on operational approach when required. A positive attitude that motivates commitment and success in high-performance environments.
-CPIM certification is highly preferred.
-Proficiency in both English and Japanese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
