仕事内容: A renowned IT services company is seeking a Head of Sales for Global Intelligence & Analytics, Japan & S. Korea.
Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of senior sales professionals in achieving and exceeding sales objectives
* Engage with local stakeholders to drive enterprise growth
* Oversee sales goals, compensation plans, and travel budgets for the team
* Develop high-level strategic relationships, promoting thought leadership with clients
* Monitor team performance against objectives, creating tactical sales plans to achieve targets
* Align team strategy with overall company objectives and drive customer retention

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in economics, business, or related field
* More than 10 years of experience in sales and leadership roles
* Proven track record in coaching sales teams and navigating change
* Skilled in sales forecasting and CRM/SFDC applications
* Expertise in MS Office Suite
* Excellent communication skills
* Business level written and verbal English and Japanese
