仕事内容: A multinational personal care products manufacturer is looking for a Tax Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Manage tax filings and work papers for local and regional jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and proper disclosure
* Handle transfer pricing risks and prepare relevant documentation, facilitating Advance Pricing Agreements when necessary
* Coordinate tax authority audits and respond to inquiries and notices
* Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment on tax matters
* Advise internal stakeholders on the financial and tax implications of business decisions
* Stay updated on tax law changes and identify potential risks or opportunities

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, law, or a relevant domain
* More than 6 years of experience in Japan corporate income tax (in-house or in a public accounting environment)
* Experience with JGAAP and US GAAP
* Prior experience in a US multinational company is a plus
* Knowledge of Japan tax laws and regulations (transfer pricing and consumption tax)
* Fluent level English and Japanese
