* Support Wealth Management applications as an SME
* Foster relationships with key stakeholders
* Proactively address and resolve application issues
* Drive continual improvement in application support
* Ensure efficient execution of critical business processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
Requirements:
* More than 3 years of experience in IT Project Management or design and development
* Experience IT support manager role
* Skilled in IT Governance (audit, operational risk, etc.)
* Fluent level reading, written, and verbal Japanese; proficient in English
