A global pharmaceutical company is looking for an IT Solution Delivery Lead.Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of solutions within budget and schedule
* Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring IT alignment
* Oversee quality solution implementation following the software development life cycle
* Manage vendors to ensure optimal and quality delivery
* Handle multiple projects, resolving roadblocks proactively
* Develop and enforce policies and guidelines for efficient IT PMO practices
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 3 years of experience in end-to-end system development or implementation projects as System Engineer or developer
* Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS/AZURE, Salesforce, C#/Node.js, Python)
* Prior experience designing technical solutions based on business requirements
* Proven experience in a business-facing role
* Non-essential requirements
* Fluent level verbal Japanese; business level English
