A renowned food company is seeking a Finance Director.Responsibilities:
* Manage accounting operations under J-GAAP, support US-GAAP consolidation
* Oversee cash flow, payroll, and intra-company transfers, optimising transfer pricing
* Ensure accurate multinational financial reporting in alignment with global standards
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and provide financial insights for growth
* Maintain relationships with consultants, banks, and vendors
* Collaborate on people operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws
Requirements:
* Experience as a finance director or senior financial role in an international company
* Prior experience with three-statement financial modelling
* Proven experience in multinational reporting
* Background in managing relationships with external consultants, financial partners, and vendors
* Skilled in financial modelling, J-GAAP, and US GAAP
* Business level English and Japanese is ideal
