A renowned pet healthcare company is seeking an Integration Senior Manager.Responsibilities:
* Deploy digital technology standards for M&A across APAC
* Execute the Digital Technology Integration Playbook, managing timelines for pre-close and post-close integration
* Assess information security and data privacy maturity in newly acquired businesses
* Collaborate with functional experts to implement information systems, security policies, and standards to close gaps
* Enforce controls and governance to meet external regulations and Digital Technology standards
* Report progress and integration status to Regional and Global stakeholders
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
* More than 5 years of experience in multiple security functional areas
* Experience in information security, data privacy, and PCI compliance
* Proficient with risk-based security frameworks (NIST)
* Skilled in building relationships with senior-level stakeholders
* Possess valid security certifications (Security+) a plus
* Native level Japanese; fluent level English
