A global software company is looking for an Account Director.Responsibilities:
* Manage and expand sales activities through both direct and indirect selling channels
* Drive profitable revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies
* Promote products to existing customers and generate interest from new leads
* Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders for long-term partnerships
* Develop and maintain a customer pipeline by engaging with relevant decision-makers
* Attend trade shows and training events to increase brand visibility and outreach
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or communication-related field (technical or engineering is a plus)
* 7-10 years of experience in B2B Software Sales or Account Management
* Prior technical B2B SaaS sales experience
* Proficient in macOS, MS 365, and Power BI
* Skilled in Salesforce CRM system
* Expertise in creating value propositions and strategic thinking
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
