A renowned pharmaceutical company is seeking a Commercial Operations Director.Responsibilities:
* Develop initial targeting and field territory alignment based on sales and data sets
* Oversee product sales forecasting and implement sales training for the product launch
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute a comprehensive sales training strategy
* Design and deliver training programs to equip the sales team with essential product knowledge
* Optimise sales force effectiveness and monitor KPIs related to sales performance
* Develop incentive programs for the sales force and administrate all congress services
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, or life sciences
* More than 15 years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry
* Practical experience with targeting, field territory alignment, sales force effectiveness, and brand performance analytics
* Proven experience in sales forecasting, including rare disease product forecasting
* Strong leadership and hands-on management skills in commercial operations
* Possess a valid MBA qualification is a plus
* Native level Japanese; business level English
