A renowned international medical devices manufacturer is seeking an FP&A Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of strategic and business plans with financial insights and recommendations
* Challenge business assumptions through performance analysis, market trends, and pricing evaluations
* Provide financial reports and analysis to assess past performance, forecast future results, and track strategy implementation
* Evaluate budgets and forecasts to create future financial plans
* Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent financial performance evaluations
* Identify and implement recommendations to enhance financial processes and internal controls
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in accounting and finance
* More than 7 years of senior business analytical experience
* Experience with SAP (PCA/CCA/COPA) is a plus
* Proficient in MS Excel
* Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
