A global luxury company is looking for a Retail Performance Manager.Responsibilities:
* Create KPI and sales reports, analyse data, and identify sales challenges
* Analyse over and underperforming stores, collaborating on action plans
* Provide ad-hoc reports for senior management
* Publish weekly updates to stores
* Support management by creating documentation and presentations
* Respond to store inquiries on KPI systems
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of experience in the retail industry
* Experience in people management
* Prior experience in retail store is preferred
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Business level English; native level Japanese (JLPT N1)
