An international medical device manufacturer is looking for an FP&A Manager.Responsibilities:
* Work closely with global finance teams to develop consistent financial KPIs
* Become the subject matter expert on all company-wide reporting tools and platforms
* Align with international counterparts on reporting systems, new developments, and improvements
* Manage budget and planning cycles in collaboration with local finance and business leaders
* Support decision-making within cross-functional teams from operations and supply chain
* Complete assigned month-end closing functions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, business, or mathematics
* More than 5 years of experience in a finance or analysis role
* Experience in analysing businesses with a large number of products
* Advanced skills in MS Office; especially in MS Excel modelling
* Advanced skills in Power BI is advantageous
* Prior SQL experience is preferred
* Experience with Reporting Systems (Cognos, TM1, PBI, Access) is a plus
* Experience in medical device or healthcare desirable
* Experience in developing reports using multiple data sources and systems
* Experience in SAP is preferred
* CPA or Big4 experience is advantageous
* Proficient in English
