A global semiconductor manufacturing company is seeking a Service Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with account teams to identify customer needs and develop new business opportunities
* Negotiate and manage service contract expansions
* Oversee a large account and ensure decisions do not create negative precedents
* Drive team performance to meet objectives and enhance customer satisfaction
* Promote and support commercial strategy to senior management
* Document and follow HQ and finance processes for deal management and operationalisation
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of experience in the semiconductor field
* Experience in business is preferred
* Proficient in English
