Are you passionate about data and eager to drive business growth with powerful insights? We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and accelerate the development of our cutting-edge in-house product, our company. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our product by driving key decisions through deep data analysis. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business, to solve complex data challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

- Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights that shape product strategy and drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for various reporting and analysis needs.

応募資格

必須: Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence(BI) Engineer, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Expertise in SQL and familiarity with data collection, cleansing, and modeling techniques.
- Experience with Data Analysis using Python
- Proven track record in developing insightful reports and visualizations that drive business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex, ambiguous challenges.
- Business level English and Business level Japanese (including reading and writing)

歓迎: Nice to Have
- Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or Apache Superset
- Experience with Athena, RDS or other technologies listed below
- Native level Japanese proficiency
