A global chemical company is seeking a Sales Manager for Lubricants.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets for assigned accounts
* Guide and collaborate with distributors to align with market goals
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, staying current with industry trends and competitor insights
* Utilise BU LAB CRM and IBP forecast system to ensure consistent data management
* Manage accounts receivable efficiently
* Build and leverage strong multilevel relationships to drive negotiations and identify new sales opportunities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry or a relevant domain
* More than 10 years of experience in sales in the chemical industry (Lubricant-related domain is ideal)
* Experience in B2B sales in the chemical industry
* Knowledge of chemical products and their applications
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Business level Japanese and English
