A multinational renewable energy company is seeking a Finance Controller.Responsibilities:
* Oversee controlling, tax, and IFRS accounting from a country perspective
* Conduct investment analysis, profitability assessments, and risk evaluations
* Manage bookkeeping and reporting for Operation Entities and Project Companies
* Ensure timely preparation and reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
* Prepare cash-flow forecasts and quarterly projections for headquarters
* Coordinate audit processes and documentation with auditors to meet reporting deadlines
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in accounting (master's degree in finance or accounting, or an MBA is a plus)
* More than 5 years of experience as an accounting manager or assistant accounting manager with MNCs
* Experience in renewable energy is ideal
* Proven experience in the implementation and usage of well-known ERP systems is preferred
* Understanding in JGAAP and IFRS
* Possess valid CPA qualification
* Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
