【業務内容詳細】
-3 staff in Logistics team
-Reports to Logistics Manager
-Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulations.
-Maintain operational effectiveness while ensuring adherence to internal and external policies.
-Monitor daily inbound and outbound shipment activities in coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
-Manage relationships with 3PL providers, ensuring service quality and compliance with performance agreements.
-Resolve any issues or discrepancies with logistics providers.
-Ensure accurate inventory tracking and management.
Address and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
-Oversee scrap management processes across Japan, ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
-Implement strategies to minimize waste and improve sustainability.
-Collaborate with logistics management teams to optimize service levels, supply chain efficiency, and minimize costs.
-Lead initiatives to identify and implement operational improvements within logistics and warehouse functions.
-Focus on enhancing process efficiencies, cost savings, and waste reduction.
-Assist with month-end and quarter-end activities, including reporting and reconciliation within logistics operations.

-Bachelor’s degree
-5+ years of experience in logistics
-Native Japanese
-Business-level English is a plus!
-Proficient in ERP systems (SAP). Knowledge of EDI setup is a plus!
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflows effectively.
-Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of diverse teams and committees.
-Demonstrates flexibility and a positive attitude when adapting to shifting priorities.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
-High standards of quality and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
-Self-starter with the initiative to take ownership of tasks and drive continuous improvement.
