〈仕事内容詳細〉
Report: To Global HR function Director overseas
Team: 15-20+ people in HR team across Japan
- HR business partnering: For experienced candidates, HR BP duties for plant location
- Recruitment Collaboration: Work with Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment and onboarding for plant positions.
- Associate Relations: Provide guidance on conflict resolution and performance issues.
- Performance Management: Assist in the annual performance and compensation review processes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- HR Tools Education: Promote the use of central HR tools and solutions.
- HR Policy Development: Aid in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making and talent management strategies.
- Training: Facilitate training programs and workshops.

*Position level will be adjusted to HR BP for experienced candidates or HR Generalist for less experienced candidates.
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 5-10 years HR experience (different levels of candidates will be considered)
- Strong communication skills
- Good business acumen
- Good collaboration skills
- Good PC skills
- Strong ethical standards
