Join a cutting-edge company leading the competitive world of surgical robots.Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of surgeon-led training programs.
* Identify and onboard expert trainers.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
* Ensure effective use of training courses to support both training and sales strategies.
* Create and revise course agendas, ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Use data to forecast and plan course offerings.
* Coordinate training events and participate in surgical society events.
* Develop and evaluate new training modalities.
* Conduct technology training for surgical teams.
* Provide support and feedback to trainers and surgeons.
