【業務内容詳細】
-Serve as a strategic partner to lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), aligning forecasts and inventory plans with key stakeholders to optimize outcomes.
-Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support product launches and discontinuations, reducing potential write-offs.
-Update demand forecasts regularly using historical trends, demand shifts, and seasonality, accounting for promotions, product substitutions, and other market factors.
-Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, analyzing metrics like forecast bias and accuracy to enhance forecasting processes.
-Track sales performance against targets and coordinate with Sales & Marketing to ensure targets are met.
-Ensure demand planning aligns with global standards, providing insights to IBP teams at regional and international levels.
-Oversee inventory levels at distribution centers, balancing operational KPIs, financial goals, and stock strategies.
-Collaborate cross-functionally to prevent inventory issues like overstock, shortages, and backorders, supporting business profitability.
-Manage purchase orders and master data to maintain accurate, dependable information for planning and decision-making.
-Continuously evaluate and improve processes, handling additional tasks assigned by the Sales & Demand Planning manager.

- Excellent interpersonal abilities with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in global companies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines
- Solid commercial awareness and highly developed analytical abilities
- Keen eye for detail
- Proficient in English and Japanese at a business level, including speaking, writing, and reading
- Thorough understanding of inventory control
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with Power BI experience as a plus
- Skilled in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and planning software; SQL familiarity is advantageous
