The Sr. Product Manager is primarily responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing a network of high-quality service providers to offer a comprehensive suite of installation and support services for our heavy bulky （HB） and complex products, ranging from air conditioner to Amazon Echo. Service providers are the key enablers for the shopping experience of HB products on Amazon. In this role, you will lead the expansion of Amazon’s service capability. As a strategic leader, you will shape the long-term vision and execution roadmap for enhancing the end-to-end customer experience across our Heavy Bulky and complex product categories.
