Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the cervical cancer diagnostics portfolio
● Drive sales growth while maintaining business profitability and GP targets
● Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development and go-to-market strategies
● Deliver product training to sales teams and healthcare professionals
● Monitor and optimize product performance metrics
● Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
● Organize and execute academic conferences, exhibitions, and seminars
● Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels
● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support product registration processes

Required Qualifications
● 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
● Proven track record in value proposition development and competitive product positioning
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, including team training abilities
● Strong English language proficiency (conversation, reading, and writing)
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
● Global or regional product management experience in medical devices or diagnostics
● Knowledge of cytology and genetic testing methodologies
● Strong project management capabilities with cross-functional team leadership experience
