An international machinery manufacturer is looking for a Business Development Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop long-term business plans for entering new markets, integrating insights and strategic planning
* Manage product portfolio and planning with regional teams
* Implement business plans to secure positions with key customers
* Manage new opportunities, forecast sales, and coordinate with sales team
* Resolve conflicts; escalate as needed
* Formulate growth strategies; participate in M&A activities
Requirements:
* MBA or above in business development is ideal
* More than 5 years of experience in business management
* Background in engineering
* Understanding of market drivers, customer needs, and technology trends
* Familiarity with the semiconductor market, industrial automation, and robotics
* Native level Japanese; proficient in English (Chinese is preferred)
