An international biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Manager, HEOR.Responsibilities:
* Lead and support HEOR data generation and communication to showcase product value
* Research and monitor HTA or HEOR models and developments
* Participate in industry discussions and advocate for innovative HTA systems
* Customise and develop HTA or HEOR materials and models using available research
* Identify evidence needs and create value propositions for pricing strategy
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on market access plans and activities
* Ensure adherence to corporate policies, goals, and legislation
Requirements:
* Master's degree or above in health economics, public health or a relevant field (PhD is ideal)
* Experience in HTA or HEOR
* Prior experience leading health economics and outcomes research, publication in scientific or medical journals as an author, etc,
* Knowledge of HTA requirements, methods, and procedures in Japan
* Familiarity with evolving external setting
* Fluent level verbal and written Japanese and English
