A global fashion retail company is looking for a Brand Manager. The selected candidate will adjust and implement marketing strategies to drive brand growth and ensure alignment across departments.
仕事内容

A global fashion retail company is looking for a Brand Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Adjust global marketing strategy for assigned category
* Coordinate marketing initiatives with various departments
* Supervise and guide teams for timely campaign delivery
* Analyse consumer behaviour and market trends
* Design customised marketing initiatives for target segments
* Ensure brand consistency and compliance with guidelines
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above (marketing or business is ideal)
* Experience in digital marketing is ideal
* Prior experience in retail, digital, or fashion domain
* Background in instore marketing activations, event production, traffic, and conversion plans
* Prior background in influencer management, strategy, and relationship-building
* Proficient in English and Japanese
