A global entertainment company is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process
* Develop and implement procurement systems for operational efficiency
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the PTP process
* Lead monthly financial forecasting and yearly budgeting to meet compliance standards
* Drive SAP Ariba and Concur implementation as a project leader across global and local teams
* Facilitate change management through training and support for SAP Ariba adoption
Requirements:
* 5-7 years of experience in procurement (indirect procurement)
* Experience leading PTP process and system implementation (SAP ARIBA is preferred)
* Excellent vendor, project, and change management skills
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
* Proficient in English and Japanese
