A leading global fast-food chain is looking for an HRIS & Data Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage and operate HR-related systems and applications, ensuring continuous improvement and upgrades
* Investigate current systems and processes to identify challenges and support decision-making
* Lead technology projects with process owners and external vendors to achieve successful implementation
* Oversee the handover of new processes to system administrators and provide ongoing support
* Develop and implement communication and training programs for new tools and methods
* Analyse HR-related data and create comprehensive reports
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Proven experience in project management for HR systems implementation and enhancement
* Comprehensive knowledge of HR-related processes
* Skilled in MS 365
* Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English (TOEIC 700+)
