A global media company is seeking a Technical Consultant.Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer problems and incidents
* Serve as the main contact for customer issues
* Lead and communicate with issue resolution teams
* Support major incidents, conduct post-incident reviews, and apply learnings
* Analyse metrics to identify areas for quality improvement
* Maintain site documentation specific to customers
* Collaborate with customer IT departments
* Work with support partners and product specialists to give feedback on product performance
* Engage with product engineering and service design teams to ensure quality and best practices
* Provide input on product feature development for the local market
* Continuously update technical skills in software development, automation, and cloud computing
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (software engineering or a relevant domain)
* More than 3 years of experience in software development
* Experience supporting applications in the cloud (AWS, AZURE, etc)
* Prior experience with SaaS technologies and systems
* Knowledge of the technologies used to build and operate distributed application systems (Network, Security, APIs, etc.)
* Fluent level reading and written Japanese and English
