A renowned research institution is seeking a Development Director.Responsibilities:
* Establish and manage fundraising framework, processes, and roles
* Collaborate with senior management on alumni relations and partnerships
* Develop and maintain a catalog of gift opportunities and fundraising goals
* Manage donor relationships, solicitations, and recognition programs
* Plan and lead fundraising events and encourage team collaboration
* Coordinate branding and communication strategies with the Vice President for Communication
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 10 years of experience in progressively responsible positions in advancement development
* Experience in all phases of fundraising
* Native level written and verbal English and Japanese; business level Mandarin is ideal
