• Establish the optimal media mix to deliver reliable and timely information efficiently to both external stakeholders and employees.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with media outlets and journalists.
• Develop message and stories appealing to defined stakeholders to create desirable perception about BI
• Manage safety and security issues to protect the company's reputation by planning and implementing effective communication strategies.

Enhance and sustain high levels of employee engagement and commitment while promoting the realization of the company's purpose.

Coordinate with the global agenda to execute initiatives effectively through localized strategies, including corporate branding, internal projects, and social activities.

応募資格

必須: • Work experience in the pharmaceutical / life science industry
• Work experience in the Communications field
• Proven experience in Corporate Communication and/or Internal Communication.
• Lead the development and implementation of the communication strategy, including press releases, press interviews, press conferences, internal messaging, and digital tools.
• English Language level: Business level
