仕事内容: Key Responsibilities:

* Product Vision and Strategy: Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for our CFD software, aligning with the company's overall goals.
* Team Leadership and Management: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of software engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
* Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final release, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
* Technical Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in CFD technology and industry trends. Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team.
* Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and satisfaction. Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into product features and enhancements.

応募資格

必須: * Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven track record of leading successful software development projects, preferably in the field of CFD.
* Deep understanding of CFD principles, numerical methods, and software development methodologies.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience with software development tools and processes, including Agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in programming languages relevant to CFD software development (e.g., C++, Python).
* Fluency in Japanese and English is essential for effective communication with the team and global stakeholders.
