財務経理のマネージャーとして、プロセス改善を通じて効率と生産性を向上させ、部下を指導・サポートします。米国のHQや外部会計事務所と連携しながらレポーティングを行います。<Planning and Forecasting>
-Work with the business to identify drivers and needs to be considered in the annual planning process and coordinate the local reviews and inputs. Work with colleagues in Australia and the US to effect efficient and accurate annual planning cycles.
-Assess actual results against plans and forecasts and work with US colleagues to determine necessary adjustments to quarterly forecasts.
<Finance, Accounting and Control>
-Manage team's production of reconciliations and support for all incoming and outgoing cash transactions, including both standard bank and petty cash transactions.
-Manage processing of accruals to ensure integrity of financial results.
-Manage within the team the process of matching all cash received to agent bookings and ensure cash is applied to bookings accurately and timely.
<IT & Office Administration>
- Assist with provision of local hardware (PC, phone, etc.) to new hires and updates to existing employees as required. etc

-Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting, or related field.
- More than 3 years’ experience as a finance manager (or equivalent) with travel industry, consumer brand, or agency experience preferred.
-Experience in finance & accounting planning and execution and proficiency in
Microsoft Office.
- Experience in managing office administration preferred.
