A multinational eCommerce company is looking for a Senior HRBP for the AI & Data Division.Responsibilities:
* Establish the HR team for the AI & Data division
* Collaborate with management to ensure HR alignment with business strategies
* Implement workforce planning and talent development programs
* Advise management and employees on HR matters
* Lead organisational design and structure initiatives
* Ensure successful execution of HR programs supporting business goals
Requirements:
* 3-8 years of HR generalist experience in a commercial company or consulting in the HR domain
* Experience in HRBP in a large organisation is ideal
* Proven people management experience is a plus
* Native level spoken Japanese; business level English is preferred
