【業務内容詳細】
-Management of 6 staff
-Report to Senior Management
-Oversee production goals by utilizing various resources
-Align operational goals related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and personnel with the overall objectives and strategy of the product company.
-Ensure that resources involved in production are consistently available in the appropriate condition.
-Lead projects, smart working initiatives, automation, and digitalization to drive continuous improvement in the product company’s operations.
-Foster a customer-centric team culture that prioritizes improved flexible operations while ensuring timely delivery of finished products through comprehensive documentation and process management.
-Lead the operations team by focusing on appropriate composition and size of the team, employee motivation and morale, individual growth, where appropriate, the career aspirations of team members.
-Investigate and analyze business trends and demand forecasts to ensure that manufacturing capacity is up to date, with an emphasis on workforce planning and managing changes in production volume.
-Manage the budget, supporting the development of processes and tools to maximize production capacity
-Coordinate capacity planning, equipment, and resources.
-Collaborate with sales, technology, and materials teams to realize continuous improvement.
-Define and monitor logistics KPIs, inventory control, product flow to work cells, and delivery of products to the Japan distribution center, to support the mission of providing an excellent customer service experience.
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
-10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
-5+ years of experience in a management role.
-Proven track record of leading quality and other improvement projects.
-Demonstrated success in implementing Lean practices in a manufacturing environment.
-History of delivering high-quality products on time.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple groups to achieve goals.
-Excellent communication skills, with strong analytical abilities and timely decision-making.
-Business-level proficiency in both spoken and written English and Japanese.
