【業務内容詳細】
-2 staff in the team
-Reports to Overseas Procurement Manager
-Lead strategic and critical negotiations with senior management and Global Supply Chain representatives.
-Serve as the point for negotiation issues, supplier terms and conditions, and pricing matters.
-Manage site supplier performance using supplier scorecards.
-Conduct periodic business reviews for critical site suppliers.
-Implement regional cost-saving initiatives aligned with business unit goals.
-Oversee supplier selection and qualification processes.
-Minimize sole sources and develop business continuity plans for sole source suppliers.
-Support the implementation and training of procurement tools for site buyers.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
-Manage and develop a team of supply chain support practitioners.
-Implement analysis and verification, before and after capital procurement.

- 必須
-
-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
-Business level Japanese
-Business level English
-Bachelor’s degree
- MBA or related advanced degree or coursework is a plus!
-Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Proven ability to build relationships both horizontally and vertically within and outside the organization.
-Ability to think strategically and systematically.
-Proficient leadership across multiple business units
-Resourcefulness in resolving supply crisis situations
-Proficient in test equipment, IT (hardware and software), facility equipment service and maintenance
-Experience sourcing outside the respective region
-Ability to conduct financial benefit analysis considering total cost of ownership
-Skills in contract negotiations, contract management, and value-based decision analysis
-Commitment to organizational values: integrity, respect for people, appreciation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
