A Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for determining current staffing needs developing talent acquisition strategies leading employment branding initiatives demonstrating strong candidates sourcing capabilities for open positions conducting recruitment processes in a timely manner ensuring positive candidate experiences and assisting in employee retention and development. The scope of responsibilities includes hiring of both office based employees and store based employees and new graduates. For the stores TA manager provides strategic support such as conducting workshops for hiring managers and providing necessary resources and tools to the retail management team and frontline employees (i.e. area managers and store managers) for them to become effective to respond to their hiring needs.

Basic Qualifications:
■ A minimum of 5 years TA experience including new graduates recruiting. Prefer experiences in retail industry and experience as an HRBP.
■ General HR functional knowledge and broad business and financial understanding to human capital implications.
■ Able to problem solve both operational and strategic issues through a pragmatic and commercially sound approach.
■ Extensive experience developing and executing fully comprehensive recruitment plans.
■ Direct Sourcing experience preferred.
■ Ability to facilitate content and or agendas.
■ Excellent client facing skills with the proven ability to respond proactively to client needs.
