【業務内容詳細】
3PL Management & Logistics
-Supervise all warehouse activities (such as inbound logistics and order fulfillment handled by 3PLs) to ensure alignment with service standards.
-Monitor, validate, and initiate payment requests for services provided, seeking approvals after thorough verification.
-Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews against operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for cost and efficiency enhancements and implementing necessary changes.
Order/Inventory Management & Fulfillment
-Collaborate closely with the Japan Sales Analyst, Finance, and Product Specialists to enhance the ordering process.
-Oversee the fulfillment process from the moment an order is placed until it is delivered.
-Assist in placing purchase orders with local vendors
-Serve as the point of contact for addressing operational system issues in ERP, facilitating 3PL user acceptance testing (UAT) to minimize business disruptions.
-Lead inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure consistency between physical and system records.
-Manage trade customs requirements and identify risks.
S&OP Process
Assist in the monthly S&OP cycle for Japan in collaboration with the Asia team by:
-Gathering and following up on forecast submissions and commercial demand, including new product developments, promotions, and incentives, to ensure effective replenishment planning and optimal inventory management.
-Facilitating two-way feedback with the commercial team to enhance forecasting accuracy, leading to improved stock levels and replenishment strategies as allocated by regional planning.
-Acting as the primary communication channel between Asia Operations and the local Commercial team, offering operational insights and guidance for daily issues.

-Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years in 3PL management, logistics, operations, or supply chain roles.
-Experience in order management and S&OP is a plus.
-Familiarity with ERP systems.
-A proactive and hands-on approach.
-A confident self-starter with a positive mindset, a collaborative team player, and an innovative problem solver with strong attention to detail.
-Outgoing and enthusiastic, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong time management and relationship management abilities.
-Proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese.
-Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
-Minimal travel is anticipated for this role, which offers a hybrid work arrangement.
