Position: Strategic Planning, Business Development Specialist
As a Business Development Specialist, this position is primarily responsible for the introduction of OEM products from suppliers. You will lead OEM product introduction projects with internal stakeholders such as marketing, quality, and supply chain, and negotiate contracts with suppliers. Additionally, you will be responsible for improving company-wide processes and mechanisms for OEM product introduction.

Requirements:
● At least 3 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
● Project management experience in cross-functional teams.
● Ability to read and write emails in English.
Secondary Requirements:
● A broad perspective based on knowledge and experience in multiple departments.
● Strong communication and fairness skills to build consensus and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.
● Ability to adapt flexibly to changes and unforeseen circumstances.
● Willingness to learn in areas where knowledge is limited.
● Business development experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical company.
● Knowledge and experience in quality management and processes for medical devices.
● Experience negotiating with suppliers.
● Experience in improving internal processes and establishing operational mechanisms.
● Business-level English proficiency is a plus for handling overseas stakeholder projects.
