A global automobile manufacturer is looking for a Senior Manager to offer legal support for strategic projects, including M&A transactions and partnerResponsibilities:
* Advise on structure for strategic projects
* Draft and negotiate contracts with partners
* Guide executives and teams on legal risks
* Handle regulatory filings and ensure compliance
* Support closing and post-closing activities
* Manage disputes and litigation
Requirements:
* More than 10 years of experience in legal in a corporate setting or law firm
* Experience as a primary legal player in projects involving various departments (locally and internationally)
* Understanding of contract review and drafting needed for corporate legal affairs
* Proficient in English (TOEIC 730+)
