A renowned mobile gaming company is seeking a Head of Sales.Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies and partnership roadmaps
* Promote the company's offerings to advertisers through presentations, events, and networking
* Drive business development and maintain long-term client relationships
* Engage senior advertisers to achieve long-term growth
* Build and lead the Japanese sales and account management team
* Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and maximise sales efforts
Requirements:
* More than 10 years of experience in digital ad sales (agencies and brands)
* Experience selling ad products to agencies and brands
* Prior experience developing new initiatives and hiring teams
* Proven social media mobile experience is preferred
* Background in managing a portfolio of clients
* Knowledge of the mobile ecosystem
