An international renewable energy company is searching for an Asset Management Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee 3rd Party Asset Manager supporting basic reporting and tracking requirements
* Develop annual budgets for the projects and perform periodic variance analyses
* Provide input to and review of the pro-forma financial models for generation assets
* Draft reports on project performance for management, investors and lenders.
* Assist in cash flow forecasting and management
* Perform financial analyses of aftermarket improvements
* Support Insurance team and requirements including coverage placement, claims support, contract reviews and risk mitigation efforts
* Collaborate with the operations engineering team to evaluate and improve operational performance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or another quantitative discipline (MBA is preferred)
* More than 3 years of experience in energy or industrial operations, maintenance, or engineering positions
* Experience in finance or accounting
* Knowledge of MS Excel
* Experience with standard financial metrics and analyses (NPV, IRR, DCF models) is a plus
* Experience in the energy industry and with energy markets is advantageous
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
