Job Title: Field Service Engineer – Medication Management
Location: Tokyo/Kanto
Job Description:
As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and services, including the installation, commissioning, synchronization, and maintenance of medication management systems. This role also involves training customers on system usage and handling all aspects of field service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
● Installation and commissioning adjustments of medication management systems at customer sites
● Conduct repairs, maintenance, and regular servicing of medication management systems
● Synchronize medication management systems with existing infrastructure
● Provide customer training on the operation and maintenance of systems
● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction
● Document service activities and provide feedback for system improvements

Requirements:
● Experience in field service engineering, ideally in medical devices, machinery, electronics, printing device or related fields
● Technical knowledge of system installation, maintenance, and repair
● Strong problem-solving and communication skills to train and support customers
● Ability to work independently and manage fieldwork schedules
● Willingness to travel to customer sites across Japan
● English: Reading/Writing Level (for those with Business Level English, other future opportunities may be available).
