A global medical equipment company is seeking an FP&A Senior Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop long-term strategic plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts to support management decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor financial performance and deliver high-quality monthly reports
* Lead process improvements and participate in corporate projects to enhance financial planning tools
* Provide financial expertise in business reviews and contribute knowledge to ad hoc projects
* Coach and guide junior staff, ensuring FP&A strategies are effectively implemented
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting/Finance
* More than 10 years of work experience
* 1-2 years of experience in audit/analysis with MNCs
* Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing industries preferred
* In-depth knowledge of GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
* Expertise in MS Office Suite
* Proficient in English and Japanese
