A global food company is looking for an HR Operations Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency and ensure compliance
* Manage employee annual salary planning, compensation reviews, payroll, and tax return processes
* Oversee all retirement schemes including defined benefit and defined contribution
* Manage employee data using Workday and provide insights for decision-making
* Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and physical/mental healthcare
* Manage external vendors to enhance HR services using best practices
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* More than 10 years of experience in leading HR operations in medium to large businesses including payroll and pension management
* Experience in FMCG is a plus
* Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
* Understanding of Japanese labour laws and regulations
* Possess a valid labour relations qualification is a plus
* Business level English and Japanese
