A global telecommunications company is looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting & Tax.Responsibilities:
* Prepare various financial analyses, including reserves and accruals
* Manage a team of accounting and tax staff, guiding and reviewing their work
* Collaborate with Corporate Finance on financial and accounting issues
* Update and apply knowledge of US and Japan accounting standards and tax laws
* Develop and update company policies and procedures for SOX compliance
* Support additional duties as assigned by Corporate Finance Director
Requirements:
* More than 10 years of experience in accounting and tax department
* More than 3 years of experience in staff management (5 staffs or above)
* Understanding of US or Japan GAAP, SOX, and Japanese tax law
* Knowledge with General Ledger in SAP (FI/CO)
* Native level Japanese; business level English
