A renowned multinational financial services firm is seeking a Compliance Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
* Administer compliance programs such as investment compliance, KYC-AML, and marketing material review
* Manage local governance and regulatory licenses
* Provide guidance and training on compliance matters
* Act as the contact for regulators and address compliance issues
* Stay updated on real estate laws and collaborate with global teams
Requirements:
* Experience in real estate compliance or a relevant regulatory role
* Prior experience in corporate governance
* Proven experience in a Japan office for international companies is preferred
* Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices
* Fluent level Japanese and English
