A global IT company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to manage contract reviews, risk management, and compliance.Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
* Implement standardised legal procedures and templates
* Support corporate governance and company secretarial matters
* Deploy and advocate for the compliance program
* Provide updates on legal practices and regulations
* Conduct legal training and policy updates
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in law
* 3-10 years of experience in legal advisory for an in-house corporate legal department or law firm
* Experience in the outsourcing services industry is a plus
* Prior experience in an international company is preferred
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Business level English
