A global fashion company is seeking a Retail Manager to drive sales and enhance customer experience.Responsibilities:
* Lead sales staff to meet sales targets
* Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and take action
* Develop and manage incentive programs
* Monitor industry trends and competitor actions to stay ahead
* Build and maintain relationships with department stores for support and negotiations
* Ensure boutique customer service meets brand standards and initiate improvements
* Oversee retail staff recruitment, development, and performance
* Collaborate with internal teams on retail office tasks
* Prepare sales reports and forecasts with actionable plans
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above is ideal
* More than 5 years of experience in a related domain (luxury or prestige retail industry)
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Proficient in English
