A global renewable energy company is looking for an Onshore Wind Procurement Manager.Responsibilities:
* Assist in the selection and approval of equipment based on various factors
* Support assessments related to installation and transportation, collaborating on resource evaluations
* Oversee development projects with assistance from relevant teams
* Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors for preliminary work
* Lead negotiations involving various aspects of agreements
* Issue requests for quotations and negotiate offers while ensuring compliance with requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above (Master's degree is ideal)
* 2-5 years of experience in renewable energy project procurement management
* Bilingual level Japanese, English, and Chinese
