A multinational technology company is looking for a Senior Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead regional transformation projects to improve customer experiences
* Define effective pilots to test hypotheses and share best practices
* Manage stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment
* Establish relationships with delivery owners to drive service improvements
* Introduce best practices for customer experience transformation
* Drive service harmonisation initiatives across various entities
Requirements:
* More than 10 years of experience in product support functions (parts management, contact center, customer experience, field and repair center, etc.)
* Experience with global MNCs is preferred
* Prior experience in leadership and managing a large team
* Possess valid project management certification is a plus
* Business level Japanese; proficient in written and spoken English
